Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is hosting all meetings in both a virtual and in person setting. This includes Board meetings and other gatherings where opportunities for public comment are required.
All meeting participants, including people receiving public mental health services, their families/allies, OCHN's provider network, and our community partners, are being provided two opportunities and two options to give public comment. Individuals can either complete an online electronic public comment form or login into one of OCHN's Microsoft Teams meetings. Persons who join the meeting using Microsoft Teams can either type their comment in the chat feature or speak directly to the Board. A closed caption feature is offered on Teams.

We want this to be a comfortable and respectful part of our meeting experience. All comments are responded to in writing before the next Board meeting. All Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) public meetings are recorded and posted to its website for public viewing. Slander, profanity, and ethnic slurs are prohibited. Please limit your comments to the business of OCHN. We also appreciate limiting your comments to five minutes. Thank you.
